Wrinkle Treatment

In our practice, we use only low-risk, degradable materials for the injection of wrinkles with the highest possible safety standards.

Treatment methods

• Hyaluronic acid: Hyaluronic acid can be injected immediately due to the low risk of allergies. Thus, sagging corners of the mouth, upper lip wrinkles, the nasolabial fold, other facial wrinkles as well as neck and décolleté can be successfully plumped. These bio-implants are also suitable for modeling the shape of the lips and for refreshing the facial skin using the Microdroplet Technique. In this process, various small, fine droplets of a non-cross-linked Hyaluronic acid are inserted under the skin. 
• Botulinum Toxin: We use botulinum toxin to treat mimic facial wrinkles such as forehead or frown lines.

Botulinum Toxin Treatments

Effect

Botulinum toxin is a naturally occurring substance synthesized by bacteria that reduces increased activity of mimic muscles. 

A few drops of the diluted substance are injected with a fine needle precisely into the muscle to be treated. It reduces the activity of the muscle and levels mimic wrinkles, i.e. wrinkles caused by muscle activity. The skin appears smoother and more relaxed due to the muscle relaxing effect wrinkles disappear. 

The effect lasts about 4-6 months. After that, the muscle regains its full function and facial expressions can be performed again without restriction.

Areas of application

• Face: Frown wrinkles, wrinkles on the forehead and eye wrinkles ("crow's feet"). Sagging corners of the mouth, lip wrinkles as well as neck and décolleté wrinkles can also be treated successfully.
• Hyperhidrosis (increased axillary sweating)
• Tension headache and migraine

hyaluron injections

Cryolipolysis-Coolsculpting

Treatment procedures

CoolSculpting® is a non-invasive and gentle method with the goal of reducing small to moderate fat deposits. CoolSculpting® is based on the assumption that subcutaneous fat tissue can be damaged by targeted cooling, while the surrounding tissue is not affected. The details of the mode of action still need further research.
The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved technology uses applicators that are placed on the area to be treated. They use a light vacuum to aspirate underlying fatty tissue. Then the area with the underlying fat cells is cooled down for a previously set time frame, usually about 60 minutes, with the aim of damaging the fat cells. The patented Freeze-Detect Technology ensures safety in the CoolSculpting® application.

Effect

In the weeks and months following a CoolSculpting® treatment, if successful, damaged fat cells should be broken down, eliminated and therefore reduced.
CoolSculpting® is not a weight loss system. If successful, CoolSculpting® applications can lead to the reduction of small to moderate fat deposits. However, the success of the application always depends on your individual constitution and lifestyle.

PRP / Platelet Rich Plasma, Autologous blood for skin rejuvenation

Treatment procedure

A natural procedure that improves the skin’s structure and reduces fine lines. Growth factors are extracted from the patient's autologous blood and gently injected into the skin through many small injection points with a special injection gun (so-called "Dracula Therapy"). 
This treatment can also be combined with Hyaluronic acid to achieve an immediate effect (the so-called "Vampire Face Lift").

Skin tightening

Treatment procedure 

The Deep-IR device releases a controlled amount of infrared heat, thus heating the collagen and the underlying skin layers. 
In contrast to other skin tightening procedures, for example with radio frequency energy, the Deep-IR procedure is particularly gentle on the tissue. While cooling the skin’s surface, instead of placing a large energy beam on the tissue, many rather small "infrared columns" are brought into the tissue. Normal, untreated tissue between the treated areas stays retained. These untreated areas additionally stimulate collagen re-synthesis in the treated areas.
Depending on the size of the treated area, the treatment takes about 30 minutes. 
The skin is only slightly reddened after the treatment, so that professional or social obligations can be immediately resumed. 
Four treatments at four-week intervals are recommended. Due to the slow collagen tightening, the full effect is visible after about six months.

Effect

The Deep-IR procedure leads to firmer skin, refreshed and more prominent facial contours and the reduction of wrinkles. 
The deep tissue heating with the Deep-IR device causes an immediate tightening of the collagen and leads through subsequent wound healing process to a transformation and new production of collagen and therefore to a tightening of the tissue. 
Because the skin’s surface is protected by being cooled during the procedure the treatment is almost pain free.

ULTRAFORMER (HIFU)

Treatment procedure

The Ultraformer (also known as HIFU for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a non-invasive tightening method that uses microfocused ultrasound. It penetrates the skin to the lower dermis without damaging the skin surface. This creates short-term, controlled temperatures of 65 to 70 degrees, which causes the collagen fibers to shrink and stimulates the fibroblasts and thus the production of collagen and elastin.

Effect

• Improvement of the skin tone of the face and body
• Final results of an Ultraformer treatment are visible after approx. 8 - 12 months

Mesotherapy

In Mesotherapy, a special injection pistol, the so-called meso gun, is used to introduce a mixture of active ingredients into the skin area to be treated through many small, barely perceptible punctures.

Areas of application

• Optical skin rejuvenation of face, neck, décolleté and hands: A special cocktail of active ingredients consisting of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, immune stimulants and hyaluronic acid leads to an improvement of the blood circulation and a plumbing of the treated area. The skin appears significantly fresher, fine wrinkles are smoothed out. This is also known as the meso-glow effect.
• Cellulite: special combinations of active ingredients are injected into the areas to be treated, i.e. thighs.

PROFHILO 

Treatment procedure

Profhilo is an injectable skin enhancing treatment that contains one of the highest concentrations of stabilized Hyaluronic Acid on the market. 

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a hydrophilic polysaccharide. It attracts and holds water from your body, so Profhilo mainly serves as a hydrator rather than a filler. This makes it ideal for those with tired, dull-looking skin, transforming it into firm and luminous skin.

The downtime of this treatment is minimal, and you should be able to return to normal daily activities right after the procedure. However, we recommend that you avoid physical strain and sports 24 hours after the treatment, and don’t have a sauna or steamy bath for the first few days. You should also avoid intense sun or UV light exposure for the first few days after treatment. 
 

Effect

The slow release of Hyaluronic Acid stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, successively evening skin tone, amplifying hydration and the appearance of fine lines. The result is improved skin quality lasting for up to 6 months. 

This effect takes place within 3-5 days of treatment. Over the next few weeks collagen and elastin production is stimulated, producing a secondary effect of skin tightening. This is useful because levels of collagen, elastin and Hyaluronic Acid in the skin rapidly drop from the age of 30, resulting in signs of ageing such as fine lines, wrinkles and lackluster skin. Profhilo acts to reverse some of these changes.

Profhilo is recommended for people whose skin lacks volume and elasticity.

Profhilo is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people who are allergic to Hyaluronic Acid.

Carbon-Laser - „Hollywood Peeling“

A new treatment is now available: the Hollywood Carbon Laser Peel.
Stars like Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Aniston or Angelina Jolie are already fans.
First of all, a black carbon mask is applied to the skin and then removed by a ND: YAG laser.
The carbon peeling is suitable for a wide range of skin problems and refines the entire skin texture in the long run. The treatment is almost painless.
