Modern diagnosis and treatment methods

Similar to the skin, the status quo of hair can be an important indicator of a physical condition. It is therefore advisable to medically clarify changes like i.e. increased hair loss. Hair loss can have many reasons. There is the hereditary androgenetic hair loss in women and men, alopecia areata (the so-called circular hair loss), hair loss due to hormonal disorders, specific internal diseases or hair loss in the wake of pregnancies.
In addition to a detailed anamnesis and the corresponding laboratory tests, we recommend a trichogram (hair root status) at Dr. Timm Golueke's practice using the latest computer technology, TrichoScan.
For the therapy of hair loss various drugs, local therapeutics, Mesotherapy and Platelet Rich Plasma (autologous blood) treatments are available. 

Treatment procedure

With Mesotherapy, a special injection gun, the so-called meso gun, is used to inject a special combination of active ingredients into the scalp in many small, hardly noticeable punctures.

Treatment procedure

A natural procedure that improves the skin’s structure and reduces fine lines. Growth factors are extracted from the patient's autologous blood and gently injected into the skin through many small injection points with a special injection gun (so-called "Dracula Therapy"). 
This treatment can also be combined with Hyaluronic acid to achieve an immediate effect (the so-called "Vampire Face Lift").

Treatment procedure

The TrichoScan is a computer-assisted hair analysis, in which both the hair roots and the ratio of growing hair to existing hair are being analyzed. 

A TrichoScan treatment is pain free. Hair is not torn out and the examined area is almost invisible. In addition, the hair care routine does not have to be changed before and after a TrichoScan. 

Effect

The results of the TrichoScan create the basis for further therapies. The success of the therapy can be objectively checked with further TrichoScans.
